If the model or size does not suit you and you want a refund, you can send the model by a courier service that suits you to the address of the store that we send to you after you notify that you want to make a refund.

When the replacement model arrives at the store and we have inspected it, we will issue a refund within 24-48 hours to your giro account number.

Your package designated for a refund will not be accepted if:

- send the package with the purchase. If you send a package with a redemption, we will not receive such a package.

- you send the package with an indication that the recipient/Elipsa pays the postage.

We can refund money only through the giro account number.

The cost of postage for the return is exclusively paid by the buyer (unless previously agreed otherwise).

🟡Sending the model can be done by any courier service that suits you within 3 days from the date when the address for sending the model back to the retailer was sent to you.

📌NOTE: The products must be returned in their original packaging, preferably unpacked. Elipsa reserves the right to determine the reduced value of the product during the refund, in accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection.

Elipsa is obliged to refund the payments it received for the goods without delay, and no later than within 14 days from the day it received the form on unilateral termination of the contract, with the fact that Elipsa can postpone the refund until it receives the goods which is returned, or until you provide proof that you have sent the goods to Ellipsa, whichever comes first, except in the case when Ellipsa has offered to collect the goods itself.

The procedure is such that if you want to cancel all or part of the order, you need to inform us in writing or verbally about the return via email or reply to us via the email that was sent to you when confirming the shipment. order or call us at +381 60 40 68 661.

After your notification of the increase, Ellipsa will send you the address to send the model back to the retailer from which the order was sent.

As soon as the order arrives at the store and we check the condition of the model from the order, you will be refunded exclusively to the giro account number.

By purchasing the product, you give your express consent for the refund to be made to your current account.

Items purchased in the online store cannot be returned to our retail stores, but only through the procedure described in the Complaints procedure and Right to withdraw.

- In the case of returning goods and refunding funds to a customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards THROUGH THE SITE, in part or in full, and regardless of the reason for the return, the Ellipsa fashion house is obliged to make the refund exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment method, which means that the bank will refund the funds to the card user's account at the seller's request. Refunds to the customer who previously paid with one of the payment cards are made exclusively via VISA, EC/MC and Maestro payment methods, i.e. the bank's POS terminal at the seller's request.
