We have enabled you to pick it up in person at the desired store if the purchase amount is over RSD 8,000.

When ordering, you can write the address of the shop where you want the model delivered to you as the delivery address.

If you left your delivery address when ordering, you can write in the order notes that you want delivery to the desired store.

As soon as the model arrives in the store, you will receive an SMS, EMAIL and VIBER notification:

- that the model was delivered to the shop

- about the deadline for downloading the model.

The customer is obliged to pick up the goods if he ordered online.

If the buyer wants to cancel because the model does not fit, then he needs to inform the online sales, when the online sales will send the procedure for returning the goods and refunding the money.

Note: Since the order was made online, it is not possible to try it on in the store, but only to pick it up directly in the store.

When choosing the option to pick up a model at a retail outlet by ordering online, you are only choosing the direct purchase option.

Payment can only be made in cash or by card.

No deferred payment or payment in installments is possible.

After placing the order, you will receive an e-mail notification containing all the information about the order.

After checking the status, you will receive an email about the status of your order (whether the order is ready to be shipped or not)

If we have the ordered model in stock, you will receive a confirmation of the order and its dispatch.

If we do not have the ordered model in stock, you will be informed about it and asked if you are interested in another size or model, so that we can check the stock.

Conclusion: if for some reason the delivery of the ordered goods is not possible, Ellipsa is obliged to inform you without delay. We try to have enough of the items offered on the website in all sizes, but due to the dynamics of the market and the number of retail/franchise facilities in Serbia, there is a possibility that in certain cases the ordered product will no longer be available in our warehouse in the requested size. This note primarily applies to models that have been on sale for a long time.
