Payment methods

In accordance with the provisions of the Law on Consumer Protection and the Law on Trade, before concluding the contract, the Merchant provides the Consumer with clear and comprehensible information about the selling price of the goods, the method of its calculation, all additional costs that may be borne by the Consumer, as well as about the available payment methods and conditions for the performance of contractual obligations.

The selling price of each product is indicated with the product in the online store and represents the final price including value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise expressly stated. All prices displayed in the online store are expressed in dinars (RSD) and include value added tax (VAT), unless otherwise expressly stated. All payments are made in the currency of the Republic of Serbia - dinar (RSD).

The costs of transport, delivery and other possible additional costs, if any, are shown to the Consumer before concluding the contract, i.e. before confirming the order, in a way that allows the Consumer to become familiar with the total amount that he is obliged to pay.

The consumer can pay for the ordered goods through the online store in the following ways:

-Payment by cash on delivery

Cash on delivery means payment of the total amount of the order upon collection of the shipment by the delivery person. Payment is made exclusively in cash and dinar currency (RSD).

- Payment by money order at the post office or bank

For orders whose payment is made by payment in a bank or post office, the deadline for payment is 3 working days. We will send the goods to you after the recorded payment.

- Payment by payment cards

Payment by payment cards is made using payment cards that are supported by the Merchant and the authorized payment service provider (Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard, Maestro payment card). The card must be approved by the issuing bank for online payment.
