You can pay for the products that you want to buy via the website www.elipsa.rs and that you ordered by phone or by e-mail: cash on delivery, cash, payment cards in the following ways:

Cash on delivery payment: cash on delivery payment is made in cash to the courier delivering the purchased product.

Payment in cash: means paying the amount from the fiscal account in cash when picking up the goods in a retail store.

Payment by payment cards: if you have the following payment cards: VISA, DINA, MASTER, MAESTRO, you can choose this payment method, in any Ellipsa retail outlet or by paying the D-express courier upon delivery.

SHOPPING IN A RETAIL FACILITY

Payment by citizens' checks: you can pay by citizens' checks in up to 6 monthly installments at any Ellipsa retail outlet.

Payment by credit cards: Elipsa accepts Intesa VISA, MASTER and AMERICAN EXPRESS credit cards through which payment can be made in 3 monthly installments in Elipsa's retail stores in the following cities: Belgrade, Novi Sad, Užice, Čačak, Niš and Kraljevo.

Payment through an administrative ban is enabled under the following conditions:

- for purchases over 6,000 dinars, the purchase is approved in 3 installments

- for purchases over 9,000 dinars, purchases in 6 installments are approved

The customer must meet the following conditions:

- that he is employed for an indefinite period of time

- that the company where he works pays regular wages in accordance with the Labor Law

- that the company he works for has not had a blocked current account for more than 10 days in the last 365 days

- that the average amount of income in the last 3 months minus suspensions should be at least twice the amount of the purchase

- that the Administrative ban certified by the company is not older than 3 days

- that the adopted Administrative ban contains all the necessary data.

In order for the customer to buy goods in installments, he needs to perform the following steps:

- Download HERE form Administrative ban

- Print FORM Administrative ban in 3 copies

- The printed documentation must be filled out and certified in the competent department in the company where the customer is employed

- Bring the completed and certified documentation together with a photocopy of the ID card to the retail store

- After selecting the goods, the seller fills out the Contract for the sale of goods with installment payments and after signing leaves one copy of the contract to the buyer, after which the buyer can pick up the goods.

- When paying the installment, regardless of whether it is made by the company or the customer, it is mandatory to enter the contract number in the call to the number.
