REPLACEMENT procedure online


If the model or size does not suit you, we check the condition of the model or size for which you want a replacement.


When we confirm the condition of the desired model or size, we send you the address to send the model for replacement.


You can send the model you received by a courier service that suits you.


Once the replacement model arrives at the store and we have inspected it, we will send the desired replacement model.


The cost of postage for the exchange is paid by the buyer in both directions.


🟡Sending the model can be done by any courier service that suits you within 3 days from the date when the address for sending the model back to the retailer was sent to you.


📌NOTE: The products must be returned in their original packaging, and if possible, unpacked.






EXCHANGE procedure directly in the shop


Model replacement can be done directly in the desired store.


If you are interested in a specific model or size, you need to inform us via email, viber or phone number, so that we can check the condition of the model and size.


If the model is in the store, we will send you a notification with the address of the store and the deadline for the replacement.


If the model is not available in the desired store, we will deliver the model to the store as soon as possible and inform you about the delivery of the model with the deadline for the replacement, via email, viber or phone number.
